All orders for our eco-friendly bags are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill all orders from our primary warehouse in the United States to ensure consistent product quality and international shipping standards.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated international shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free International Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or additional delivery fees apply at checkout.

Tax Information (International Duties & Taxes)

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Because we ship from the United States to New Zealand, your order may be subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) and customs duties levied by the New Zealand Customs Service once the shipment reaches your country.
  • Customer Responsibility: These additional charges for customs clearance and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. kenix.shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Sales Tax: No US Sales Tax is charged on international exports to New Zealand.
